Logging from a deployed app

  • Subject: Logging from a deployed app

Hallo,
I need to do some logging from a deployed WO App. Is it sufficient to set a WebObjects-log-path and touch a file with the right permissions at the right place and NSLog.out.appendln will appear in WebObjects-logfile, or do I need to do something else to get hold of the logs?

Will that decrease performance to a greater extend?

Thanks for your help,
Regards

Ute
