This is now completely crazy for me:

-Xms384m -Xmx384m --> works
-Xms128m -Xmx384m --> works

-Xms256m -Xmx384m --> works not

Okay, I really don't know what crazy thing is going on with that thingy, but as it works now I won't disturb you anymore with that. Interesting enough though ... :-/
