That's the WebObjects Deployment license.  The WebObjects Developer license
is the one we modified in 5.3.1 to permit deployments on other platforms.
If you're going to develop on OS X (WebObjects Developer) and deploy on
non-Apple hardware, the OS X Server (WebObjects Deployment) license is
irrelevant.
