EOGenerator for i386

Here's eogenerator built for the Intel Mac (non-universal binary) ... Anyone who happens to know how to build a universal binary from the commandline, let me know and I'll be happy to do it. I'm not a gcc/ makefile person by any means, and I'll hurt myself if I try any harder to get it to build properly.

Apple has removed the private headers for and EOAccess, EOControl, EOInterface, so I have recreated them based on the gcc error messages (to avoid copyright issues). If you would like to build 1.6 yourself on 10.4, you can use:

(uncompress that in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks)

And the following patch to eogenerator was required to get a totally clean build (i.e. no warnings or errors) on 10.4 (some deprecated header refs, etc):
