this perplexing subject, where does one place static recources (such
as images and css files) and how does one reference them, so that
they can both be found by WebObjects Builder and at runtime ? I can

I recently spent a bunch of time trying to explain the pros and
cons of various approaches to a client and their development staff
and then decided not to let all that wisdom disappear into my mail
