Has the framework been installed in /Library/Frameworks?

During framework development, I have found it convenient to create a symbolic link in /Library/Frameworks to the framework in the project's build directory. With this link in place, it's not necessary to install the framework after each framework change. Instead, merely building the framework will result in it being found by apps that depend on it.
