It's really not bad. It's right at the top of Nob Hill (a pretty
nice area). If you were to walk directly from
the Hotel to Moscone you would pass through the Tenderloin (which can
be a little rough at night) but
it's very easy to skirt around that area or take a quick cab ride
through it.

Some reviews say it's crap, some say it's good. I guess it's good
enough for me, but I got worried about one review, that says it's a
bad location of SF. For you guys who know SF, how bad is it? I
don't mind about prostitution and stuff, but is it OK to carry my
bag with the powerbook every WWDC day (specially the meet-up day,
that ends by 10pm)?
