It's really not bad. It's right at the top of Nob Hill (a pretty nice area). If you were to walk directly from
the Hotel to Moscone you would pass through the Tenderloin (which can be a little rough at night) but
it's very easy to skirt around that area or take a quick cab ride through it.

Hi!

I booked my stay in Mark Twain Hotel: <http://www.google.com/maps? hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&safe=off&client=safari&rls=en&q=mark +twain&near=San+Francisco, +CA&cid=0,0,10936642302192841740&ll=37.785510,-122.411343&spn=0,.02&iw state1=form:to&sa=X&oi=local&ct=directions-to>

Some reviews say it's crap, some say it's good. I guess it's good enough for me, but I got worried about one review, that says it's a bad location of SF. For you guys who know SF, how bad is it? I don't mind about prostitution and stuff, but is it OK to carry my bag with the powerbook every WWDC day (specially the meet-up day, that ends by 10pm)?
