Compiling Sub Projects with in a Project - Regarding

Hi All,

I have some problem with compiling my app.which includes sub projects in it.

with Project Builder it works fine, but when i moved all the files n tried to import / rather create a new application using Eclipse IDE

and build the application , the sub projects are being compiled. Can anybody help me out to handle the above situation so that i can run the app using Eclipse IDE

and also how can we build a webObjects app through command prompt.
