Assuming that the user is an admin user which one shouldn't be for everyday use if you are somewhat security-conscious:


$ ls -ld /Library/Frameworks/
drwxrwxr-x   41 root  admin  1394 Mar 27 20:35 /Library/Frameworks/

Another approach is to create file system links in /Library/ Frameworks to frameworks in various framework project build directories:

$ ls -l /Library/Frameworks/Employee.framework
lrwxr-xr-x 1 admin admin 72 Jan 2 12:09 /Library/Frameworks/ Employee.framework -> /Users/art/Developer/Xcode/Employee/build/ Development/Employee.framework
