Hi, welemski,
The message you're seeing is an exit code message that says that
errors were found during some jam processing. To see a detailed list
of those errors, open the build panel by choosing Build->Build
Results from the menu (or Cmd-Shift-B on the keyboard).
The build panel can have up to three panes if you configure it for
them. If you're not seeing three panes, look for a set of four small
icons (a check mark, a warning triangle, a text icon and a reveal
triangle) either at the bottom of the panel or on the divider between
two panes.
Be sure the text icon is clicked (gray, not white). If you hold the
pointer over the correct icon, a tool tip will say: "Select this to
show or hide the build transcript." With this icon selected, if you
don't see three panes, look for one or two small indented dots at the
bottom of the panel. Click and drag these dots to reveal and/or set
the vertical size of a pane. When you see the three panes, the top
one contains a summary of the build steps and the error messages. The
second pane shows the build transcript. The bottom pane is an editor
to display your code for editing.
If you click on an error in the top pane, the middle pane will scroll
to the full error message in the build transcript and the bottom pane
will display the class in which the error occurred and highlight the
line on which it occurred.
As a final tip, if you drag the indent button down to close up the
editor pane in the build panel, Xcode will display the class and
error in its normal code editor pane in the main window.
Regards,
Jerry

Hi lists,
Recently I shifted to XCode 2.2 because I am now using iMac Intel.
The common error I always encountered is this;
"Command /Developer/Private/jam failed with exit code 1"
Can anyone help?
