New behavior for XCode 2.3.

I've been using XCode/ProjectBuilder since, oh..., 1990-ish and no, I've not seen this behavior before.

I cannot think of when that would EVER be correct beha
Were any problems of that type found in previous versions?
I've been using xCode (and WO) since version 1.5 and have never bumped into this kind of problem.
If compiler finds some errors application will not be run.

Gennady Kushnir
