how to add dir to runtime classpath?

We have a WO app in Xcode 2.4 that needs to access a service via a client certificate/keypair which is stored in a Bouncy Castle keystore (www.bouncycastle.org). I need to be able to add the directory that contains that keystore file to the WO app's CLASSPATH, but I just can't see how to do it.

I've read various suggestions (e.g. add the dir to the "Classpath" under the Application Server Target panel, under Pure Java Specific), but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know how to add a directory to a WO app's CLASSPATH? :-)
