Surely the OIDs are part of the EOModel. I will assume that you mean they are not class properties of the entities, but that they are defined in the EOModel. Otherwise, I can't see how EOF could work.

I read the original post as saying that the table, which seems to be in a legacy database, has primary keys, but he hasn't included them in the eomodel as they aren't used in his app (yes, I see the problem here). Presumably he has marked some other unique attributes as the primary keys.


I hope I am wrong in my interpretation :-).
