We've been receiving intermittently the following error in our log files:
The odd thing is that it's intermittent. If I bounce the application, all is fine. But this usually happens during the night when the applications auto-bounce. There are 4 instances of our application running (across 2 servers). The error only seems to occur on one instance. Unfortunately, once the error has occurred, the system is never able to find the ProductDetailComponent for each and every request. This gives the user an error until we notice the problem and bounce it.
I'm not sure why WO is trying to access the file from the SSCommon.framework as it's clearly inside the SSCommon.framework/Resources directory, as in /Library/Frameworks/SSCommon.framework/Resources/ProductDetailComponent.wo.
Does anyone have any ideas why an application would look in the wrong spot for a component at application startup time?
We do get hits to the application constantly during application startup time. I'm thinking maybe the resource manager hasn't loaded up the list of components properly and has cached the wrong location for the component.
This is on WO 5.3.3 on OS X Server 10.4.x.
