I'm looking at Flex 2 right now, and I was wondering if any of you is playing with this tech and if you are trying to integrate it with WO ?

I guess I need to create a WO implementation of AMF3 so that data exchange is easier than using SOAP :-)

Hi Pascal,

we are using webservices for some reasons, especially reusability of code.
You can find also a comparison of performances here :

http://www.jamesward.org/census/

Look like Adobe's claims that AMF3 is 75% faster than SOAP are true.

Anyway, Using Flex and WO is working well, even you have to drop all the wocomponent coolness.

So I guess it's 100% SOAP and Direct Actions in your case ? How do you handle data push and conflicts ?

and you will need to develop you app differently (it's not a web page any more).

That's the whole point :-) _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored. Webobjects-dev mailing list (email@hidden) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: This email sent to email@hidden
