WOLips/Eclipse - All filters + Errors and Warnings are gone.

Dear List,

WOLips/Eclipse all at a sudden behaves differently:

1) All the Warnings and Errors are gone in the Navigation.
2) All filters are gone as well, e.g. all the .* files show up now.
3) Saving the workspace constantly crashes. Null Pointer Exception

Any help would be appreciated.
