I'm using Eclipse 3.2.2 and WOLips, and Mac OS X 10.5.1 (or should that be X.V.I? ;-), I presume something may have become broken when I upgrade the OS.

I tried swapping the MySQL driver for the OpenBase adaptor, to see if there was a problem there, and believe I have the correct versions of both. Using either adaptor in Entity Modeller, I get the same problem, which is this peculiar concatenation of the generated SQL:

CREATE TABLE Test ("iD" intNOT NULL, "NAME" char(50));

where the JDBC falls over on 'inNOT', reasonably enough.

Something is obviously broken, but I can't quite figure out what, or how to fix it. Can anyone advise on fixing it, please?

This is caused by a known bug in WO 5.4 which has been discussed in this forum shortly after WO 5.4 (Mac OS X 10.5) was released.  Bug reports have been filed, but a WO 5.4 update has not yet been released.  I don't recall whether any workaround has been proposed.  A search of the archives of this mailing list might turn up something.

Aloha,
Art
