FWIW, I have heard another report of this.

So, I've used the scripts that everyone sent around. That launch
JavaMonitor as user: appserver. And, I used the wiki instructions

Doing all the chown/chmod's as recommended. And when I get into
JavaMonitor, all I see is the directories, no files. Has anyone
gotten past this?
I use dscl, "readall /Local/Default/Users" & "readall /Local/
Default/Groups" and see that appserver:appserveradm both exist.
When I do a "ls -l" on my files, there's an _appserver &
_appserveradm listed, but that appears in the dscl listings.
Any ideas?
My next one is to try launching JavaMonitor as a real user, and do
the same with my App.
