Can't obtain rules because of protected access!

| Hi there,
using the Webservice Asistant along with WOLips throws the following error:
<com.webobjects.webservices.generation._WSDirectAction>: Exception in performActionNamed() on the action "loadD2WModel" with the message: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Can't obtain rules because of protected access!
Has anybody encountered similar problems ? Or is it possible to work around it by using the Rule Editor ?
