In WO 5.3 you don't need that if your using the href binding. You only
need it on WO 5.4. And that is not okay with me, as I'd have to go
through all apps I've ever created as soon as they should get deployed
on 5.4 - which is not that unlikely as they normally survive server
updates and the like quite good.
This sucks as it is breaking existing stuff again. I'd rather not get
more access to the APIs if this means breaking so much stuff from
point release to point release.
just need add this binding to the hyperlinks that are external.
Why should I ever need that binding when I'm using href? When I pass
in an href I know what I'm doing! If I want a session id in there,
I'll add it to the URL myself. If I don't know what I'm doing, I learn
it.
And for the few cases where the href binding is used for internal URLs
to the same application, they always had to add the session id if they
needed it, so why changing that case and breaking existing apps?
