WOLipps 3.3.1.1/3.3.4750 - Creating an embedded package...

I've probably got something wrong, so I'm happy to go back and read, but...

I'm using Wonder, I've got it loaded in my workspace with my application.  If I debug into a Wonder function, I get source, and more.  All is good.

Any of the systems to package up an embedded distribution (all frameworks & code embedded in the .woa), it gets the same Frameworks that I've been using locally from my /Library/Frameworks folder rather than from my project.

This just seems illogical.  Should I get the code I've been developing/testing with?  Why should I have to install all this stuff?

What should I be doing to correct this?
