JDBC drivers should go in the Java Extensions directory. The exact directory depends on the OS.

Not there.

My jvm dir like
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun/ext
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.5.0-sun/jre/lib/ext

Probably the second one, it really depends on what you use to launch the app.
