Simple question - where do you get it?

a fact I have complained about on the "It's good, but" link.
Since I have been using Xcode 2.4 for ages which comes with
WebObjects Developer 5.3.2, I'd like to make sure that all our
deployments match, but this seems to have been made unnecessarily
difficult, or strange problems like the one we just hit with a
customer with 5.2.4 deployment.
