EOModeler, Project Builder won't launch on Windows XP

Hi,

I'm using WebObjects 5.2 on Windows XP. I am unable to launch any of the applications that were packaged with WebObjects i.e Project Builder., However I am still able to deploy my applications using Eclipse.

I do need to use EOModeler and the others so I decided to repair the installation. After repairing Project Builder, WOBuilder, EOModeler etc work as expected, but when trying to deploy an application I get an "invalid serial number" error. Has anyone experienced this? If so what can i do fix this?
