WebServerResources & subfolders

Hi everyone,

I'm curious as to how WO actually works with WebServerResources that are nested in subfolders. Previously, I've been building projects with Xcode, resulting in all of my web server resources being flattened into one directory. Today, I've spent a lot of time messing around with trying to get good deployment builds out of WOLips, and the obstacle that I'm running into is having my WS resources recognized once I deploy the app.

It has quickly become obvious that WO is in fact expecting the full paths referenced relative to the WS resources directory (I know, it's what the docs say :-), which I don't generally have, and don't need in WOLips' development mode, even if I use subfolders... so I don't have them. Similarly, I have done some dabbling with Wonder's YUI framework, which has a series of nested folders containing the YUI JavaScript libraries from Yahoo, and none of those script resources are getting resolved properly at runtime.

Is this a deployment setting that I need to tweak? Or do I need to completely re-evaluate how I'm doing this?

Thanks,
Clark
