Hi and happy new year everybody!

I finally cleaned up old EOModels, removing the jdbc2info. As a result, I now get an EOGeneralAdaptorException due to updateValuesInRowDescribedByQualifier failing, whenever an EO contains attributes with a column type of char. I finally tracked the problem down to the JDBC driver, namely the "8.1-408 JDBC 3" and "8.1-408 JDBC 2" versions. Everything works nicely with the "8.0-318 JDBC 2" version. Since I'm using PostgreSQL 8.1.4, I'm a bit worried that only the 8.0 JDBC driver correctly returns the char's width parameter?

Fabian
