Hi Michael,
2007/1/11, Michael Bøcker-Larsen <email@hidden>:
Hi

I am using Eclipse/WOLips to make a WO application (migrating from
XCode) and I am having problems making the application access the web
resources even-though I have marked them as such.

I use the default build.xml

This is my project file structure:

workspace/Project/src/main/java - java file structure
workspace/Project/src/main/resources - resource files
workspace/Project/src/main/webresources - here my webresources reside

I have marked both the webresources-folder and the individual files
by right-clicking them WOLips Tools > Include As WebServerResource.

The application builds nicely but when I run the application from
Eclipse the application cannot find any web server resources.

What could be going wrong?

Check the .woa package generated from Eclipse, I had thousand of problem with WebResource, probably you will find ./yourApp.woa/Contents/WebServerResources/src/yourPackage/yourResource
I really don't understand te WOLips tool... try to move your resource out of the src package, simply drag it on the projectName and drop. I need to do this to make a image visible in my app webresource!

Coming from XCode I'm used to getting two woa-folders ready to be
deployed on the application server and the web server. Using Eclipse/
WOLips I only get the one. Is this the intention of the default
build.xml ?

running build.xml install the .woa package in the subfolder dist of your app folder. If you wish to install in /Library/WebObjects/Application/ you need to do right click of you app name, WOLips Ant Tool -> Install

I hope this is what you wish

Best regards,
     Michael
