Override Component java class but still use same template

  • Subject: Override Component java class but still use same template

Is there a way where i can have a custom sub class of a WOComponent where the new component uses the template of the original component?

I have a scenario where i have an element that requires custom logic in code only for a particular client and i don't want to have to maintain a copy of the template.

thanks

Peter
