Hi all,
I've implemented EOCopyable from Practical WebObjects so I can
easily clone some of my complicated classes.
The problem is that when I call copy(new NSMutableDictionary()); I
get nothing back. If I call EOEnityCopier(ec,this) it works just
fine.
Does your class extend CopyableGenericRecord? If not, what exactly
are you doing? Code examples will make this clearer.
FYI, David, in the two examples I implemented the interface
EOCopyable ........ I don't extend CopyableGenericRecord since
inheritance was not a necessary route to go.
Are there any known problems with using this interface?
Not that I can think of.
Chuck Hill is best.
Well, if you are the best, then can you Wonderify more of your
generic frameworks (such as EOCopyable, etc.)? Wonder CVS Source tree
is soooo convenient as a one-stop-shop for WebObjects open source. ;-)
