deployment issue w/ D2W

Hi all,

I've run into a deployment issue that I'm hoping someone can shed some light on.

When I launch my app from the command line (and access using Direct Connect), it works as expected and allows D2W features. However, when I launch the app using Monitor, it throws an error upon invoking D2W features:

	com.webobjects.directtoweb.D2WModelException: Error - could not find any rule that returns a pageName using the current context

So, any ideas?
