Is it only for apache 2.2 ? or could it run with apache 2.0 ?

From 2.2 the "proxy" system (which is part of Apache's distributed source) has included support for the AJP protocol directly. I think this was not the case in 2.0 though. The other way to use AJP with Apache is to use "mod_jk" and I have some material that might help you with this here;
