the relationship from pn -- ndt is such where ndt uses vertical inheritance so has a qualifier in it.

If you're using vertical inheritance the rule-of-thumb I found that works is: 'every non-class foreign key in parent entity must be set as class property in sub-entities'


Otherwise EOF gets confused and doesn't properly create the relationships... you can try this out in a D2W app to see when the relationship is properly created or not.
