I'm not so concerned about the legalities, as this is mostly a learning exercise. But is it possible, and has anyone documented the differences from deploying on Server? I know there has been discussion about this before, but Google isn't finding it for me.

The main difference is that Monitor and wotaskd can be started from Server Admin and launchd on Server, on OS X "Client", you can it with /System/Library/StartupItems/WebObjects. You also need to install WO on "client", deployment stuff is already installed on Server. _______________________________________________
