I looked for it about 6 months ago and could not find a copy for
purchase. However, I did find it at a local library. I even sent an
email to the author and he implied that there might be a revision in
the works, but it was a remark in passing, and I haven't heard
anything since, so it probably didn't happen. If you do happen to
find some for purchase in the less than $40 range, I would like to
purchase a copy.
