I agree....but unfortunately, there's more red tape than that.
We'd need to completely re-image their environment and provide new DR docs...new management protocols...etc.
Think bureaucracy...

Needless to say, they want a list of reasons pro and con...reasons which I can't provide as I am not yet seasoned with Eclipse.
