Don't EVER use that integrated Modeler "Bugin" in Xcode. It breaks your file, deleltes prototypes and does other weird things with the model. Set the file association for EOModels in Xcode to the old EOModeler. If you have saved your model from that crappy thing, close it, get a good version from your backup or version control and make sure that you never ever open it up in that thing again!

Better: use Eclipse and EOModeler or the Entity Modeler in Eclipse. WO development with Xcode is deprecated.
