Or if you have access to a Unix system including Mac OS X with time
zone data version 2007a or later, you can just copy its time zone
data (or maybe some kind soul will provide them for you :-) They've
already been compiled. There's no byte order dependencies, so
compiled Unix time zone files should work under Windows.
