WO 5.3 on Mac OS X 10.3 server?

Is there a way to upgrade to WO 5.3 on a 10.3 server? I did all of
the daylight saving time updates but not the WebObjects update of
course because we are still on 10.2. I'm guessing the internal date
calculations are right using pure Java but the display of
NSTimestamps seems to be incorrect. Thanks!
