I strongly suggest copying the entire contents of /usr/share/lib/
zoneinfo. By copying only the America directory, any time zone
reference in code to, for example, "US/Eastern", "EST", etc. might
result in the old built-in time zone data being used. And you may
some day need to reference non-US time zones which may be broken (or
more broken :-) if you don't copy all time zone data.
