Yeah, on my development machine there's an out of date zoneinfo.zip file inside: /Library/WebServer/Documents/WebObjects/Java/wojavaclient.jar Since those instructions specifically mention updating wojavaclient.jar, I guess they weren't the ones used to create the 5.3.3. patch. :-(

That would explain how it's able to vend an up to date version.
