If someone needs the PostgreSQLPlugin desperately, you can download a binary here:

Put that in your /Library/Frameworks/ folder, link to it and see whether it works now for you.

Mike, the build might be broken because of JavaMonitor and wotaskd examples - I wasn't able to do a commandline build of Wonder without removing the two. Had no time to search for reasons though.
