Practical WO Demo App

I am running the Chapter 6 demo app in Eclipse, which runs ok; however, when the app compiles there are problems (Red X's) next to 3 page components(Main, ElementNames, RRLoop). When I dbl-clk on any of them, Eclipse reports that the Main.wod/Main.html files DO NOT EXIST. Well this cannot be - as I said the Main page displays ok (and this app uses logging so I can read the console see the request/response for the Main component)- problem is I cannot view the source code in the html/wod files.

Has anyone experienced this type of problem? Or have any idea what may be the problem?
