Be aware that the current fix reorders the debug or runtime classpath to move App and Project jars/classes up front, then apple classes, then non-WO jars to the back. Unless you either use Project Wonder or are doing similar stuff as we do in ERXApp.setup(), your Eclipse patch will be very different from your deployment/ant classpath!
