Are you gzipping your request/responses?

The request is not actually getting to the WO application so I am guessing the limit is either in Apache or the adaptor.

If anyone knows of the proper way to remove this limitation that would be a huge help

Also, if you're sending binary data, these should be sent as attachments to the message.
