Well, give us some more info: whitch WO using, OS version, Framework using, etc...

2007/11/22, Shravan Kumar.M <email@hidden>:
Hello Jonathan/Group,

We have recently come across this infamous error in our WebObjects application. I was googling for any experts reasons & solution and none of them could convince me except your post[ http://www.wodeveloper.com/omniLists/webobjects-dev/2002/August/msg00620.html ]. Hence, as per your advise in the post I here by would request your help in how to get away from this error in case of framesets.

Following is a brief architecture of a module in our application encountering this error:
1) One top most "iframe" called 'OTW'.
2) This iframe has some code that is hidden from user and a Frameset called 'THF'.
3) This THF Frameset has two cols and one row.
4) First column of THF Frameset has another Frameset called 'SQRW'.
5) Second column of THF Frameset has one WOComponent as sub-component called 'TLF'.
6) Of all the above described Framesets only visible Frameset to user is 'SQRW' frameset. All user actions are submitted in this frameset and only this frameset is submitted on user requests.
7) The 'OTW', 'THF', and 'TLF' are never requested once they are loaded on to the browser.

8) Given this, donno what is happening suddenly user receives a 'You backtracked too far...' error message on the browser window.

Please let me know if you need some more information or above information is unclear.

Could you please provide me a workable solution you have as soon as possible, as it is a critical/blocking issue we have in our application. Thanks in advance.

Thanks & Rgds,
Shravan Kumar.M
