Well, removing "some" of the jars from /Library/Java/Extensions
resolved the issue...

I tried to re-install only the provided jar, but I still got the
same error when trying to install an application...
Any other idea?

don't put anything in
IncompatibleLibariesAreABrandNewSoftwareDevelopmentIssue/Extensions
unless your goal is to reinvent the wheel.

I'm actually on 5.3, so I removed the 5.4 frameworks.
At least my projects don't look like they have more errors;)
