I'll second Georg's comment about Web Services (meaning SOAP/wsdl).
My understanding is that Amazon Web Services switched from SOAP to
REST several years ago. Unless they have re-released a SOAP version,
you'll have to find a different way of handling it - and REST is far
easier to handle than SOAP anyway.
