Before we started using Wonder we used MultiECLockManager, then we kind of used both, but now we have dropped MultiECLockManager and rely on Wonder's auto-locking. I was never quite sure if Wonder and MultiECLockManager completmented each other, or got in each other's way.

Note: Wonder's auto-locking is useful only for request/response based locking. So it's good for both session-based and direct action based request/response locking/unlocking of ecs.


However, you need to manually lock/unlock your ecs used in Long responses... and it's probably not a good idea using the session's ec in your long response.
