What exactly do these things mean?
* JMX monitoring support - does this mean that the WOStats is exposed as JMX
Mbeans? Any other interesting things like Java Monitor exposed as Mbeans?
* Entity index management in the model - Does this mean that we can store
database index definitions in the model and generate them as part of the
generate SQL command?
* Improved support for vendor specific prototypes - Is DB2 supported?
* Support for Generics - is there anything interesting in the support of
generics? Any new annotations?
