[Note: There is a Wonder list for Wonder related questions.]

I'm still on 5.2.4 as I do not want to give up WOBuilder or risk to have my model corrupted by accidentally opening it with the wron editor:-(

There actually is a WebObjects Builder in WO 5.3, but a newer version which is not as efficient in my opinion. Don't know whether it still works building the xcodeproj files and having that open in Xcode - haven't used WOBuilder in months ...

And the other thing is: as long as you use some version control like subversion or cvs, your testing shouldn't affect your work at all.

I would like to experiment with Wonder.

Latest version requires WO 5.3 as far as I remember, maybe it requires even Java 1.5.

Will the latest Verion of Wonder work only with 5.3 and eclipse?

It has nothing to do with Eclipse but with the WebObjects version. 5.3 is around for over two years now and it might be time to consider an update. There is a Wonder 2.0 version in the repository, maybe that helps.

Do I have to change rights for the frameworks, is copying them in not enough? Do I need to put them in a different path from /Library/ Frameworks?

No, all that should "just work" if you are on WO 5.3 and JRE 1.5.
